Our pole buildings are designed to endure the test of time. We use Fabral metal, which features their Enduracote paint systems. We offer Post Protectors, that are constructed of a product which is used for landfill liners, which seal the wood in the posts from ground moisture . Overhead door entrances can be equipped to prevent damage from vehicles by using a chip guard on the concrete edge. Another option available is a sound buffer. This is accomplished by using perforated metal panels in the ceiling. An exhaust fan system can be installed to aid in climate control. The entire building can be insulated and wrapped in Tyvec as an air and moisture barrier. The inside can be finished with an Advantech Zip System wallboard, which is a paintable vinyl coated board. It offers high durability and requires minimal paint. We use C.H.I. and Clopay overhead doors with the option of choosing an insulated door. Service doors are durable Therma Tru brand Smooth Star Fiberglass. Door jams are built with PVC to give a lifetime of functionality without deterioration.
