We were so glad that you assured us that we could visit the site whenever we wanted, and ask questions when we had them, and you did not rush us into signing a contract. We also liked that you introduced us to some of your contractors, especially the cabinet maker.  What a nice guy, and what a fabulous product he built! We love our kitchen and bathroom cabinets (and so does everyone else!!!) I also hired him to make a custom TV cabinet for our living room and it matches perfectly with the kitchen!!!"

Jay Yoder possesses a fine moral compass and his artistic visions were a benefit to our building. We have been accused of being too picky, but the building constructed by Mr. Yoder exceeded our expectations. The vast majority of the time of construction, Mr. Yoder was on site and the few times he was not, we were notified the day before. He always responded to any telephone call. Changes made were few and minor. The entire project was thoroughly discussed and agreed to before hand. The project was completed within the stated time frame. Not only was the project completed on time, but within budget. On a satisfaction scale, we award Yoder and Sons Construction LLC and Jay Yoder a number 5 out of 5 and would have gone higher if your scale allowed. (Greenwood, DE)
